CMS Consultant – Digital Experience Platform (DXP) We are seeking an experienced CMS Consultant with expertise in Headless CMS platforms, Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), content strategy, content migration, integrations, SEO, and web analytics. The ideal candidate will design, implement, optimize, and support enterprise digital platforms that deliver personalized, scalable, and seamless customer experiences while aligning with business objectives. The role requires strong technical knowledge of CMS platforms, content architecture, migration strategies, API integrations, analytics, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize Digital Experience Platform (DXP) and CMS solutions. Analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate CMS/DXP architectures. Develop digital content strategies aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals. Lead content migration, modernization, and platform transformation initiatives. Define information architecture, content models, taxonomies, and navigation structures. Integrate CMS platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, and middleware solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, developers, and content authors. Provide SEO guidance and ensure content follows best practices for search visibility. Monitor content performance and user engagement through analytics tools. Create technical specifications, implementation roadmaps, and governance frameworks. Conduct CMS platform assessments, recommendations, and user training sessions. Support proactive and reactive sales opportunities through solution consulting and client engagement.
