Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for its Santa Rosa location to perform blood collections, prepare specimens, and provide patient service. The role operates Monday through Friday with rotating weekend availability and requires a California phlebotomy license.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections across all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol testing
• Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and process billing information
• Deliver exceptional customer service and complete administrative duties

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid California state phlebotomy license
• Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven customer service excellence
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
