Product Upload Specialist

We are seeking a Product Upload Specialist to assist our Digital Sales & Marketing team with uploading and managing product listings on our company website. This role requires strong technical accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry. This is a temporary role with an estimated timeline of 30-60 days. Key Responsibilities: Upload, organize, and maintain product listings on the company’s eCommerce platform. Ensure product information, descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and consistent. Work closely with the Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist to meet upload deadlines and quality standards. Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards. Assist with other digital product management or administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Required: Strong experience with spreadsheets and Excel for data management and organization. Highly Preferred: Experience using Matrixify for bulk uploads. Preferred: Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
