What we’re seeking: Current Speech-Language Pathology license Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with school-aged children is preferred Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and document progress Compassionate, adaptable, and collaborative attitude Responsibilities: Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication challenges Deliver direct therapy services to students, adjusting interventions as needed Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams regarding student progress Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with district guidelines Engage in IEP meetings, providing input and progress updates Foster an encouraging, inclusive therapy environment for all students Assignment details: Lake in the Hills: Serve 16 students, 15 hours per week Morton Grove: Support 9 students, 5-7 hours per week Enjoy the flexibility of choosing the hours and location that best suit your lifestyle, while making a direct impact on students’ daily experiences and long-term growth.
