Marketing & Events Associate - Entry Level

Job Description Position Overview: As a Marketing and Events Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and events. From conceptualization to implementation, you'll work closely with our team to ensure every detail is carefully curated, resulting in impactful and memorable experiences for our clients and attendees. We host regular on-site events and digital training workshops to ensure you have a full understanding of how to promote a brand, engage with customers, explain features & benefits, etc. We also provide ongoing coaching and operate as a team because individual successes add up to the company’s overall success! Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Execute strategic direct in-person marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer retention to meet targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Cultivate relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners to identify opportunities for collaboration and sponsorship. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and events, leveraging data insights to optimize strategies and drive results. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to client service. Excellent organizational skills.
