Excellent customer service skills are a must!A background in logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is requiredAble to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPadsResponsibilities:Deliver home appliances, which includes loading and unloading to and from customer locationsPick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requestsPerform mandatory daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisorFollow and implement all company safety policies and proceduresOccasionally assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as neededAbility to work overtime as neededMust adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).*Pre-employment drug and background screening required*At Ferguson, we care for each other.
