HRIS Analyst (Human Resources Information System Analyst) | Central City Concern (CCC) Drive HR Technology & Data Excellence Serve as a key administrator and subject matter expert for CCC's HR systems, helping ensure data integrity, system performance, and operational excellence. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor’s degreein Human Resources, Information Systems, BusinessAdministration orrelated fieldORan equivalent combination of education and experiencerequired. 4years of HRISbusinesssystemsexperience, application development, reporting writingrequired. UKG & Workforce Management (WFM) STRONGLYpreferred. Good understanding in user experience and interface design and development. Proficient in computer systems (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) with advanced Excel skills. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, TB test,and background check. ESSENTIALDUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Support the management and maintenance of HR and organizational data inHR Systems, including employee job data, positions, departments, locations, and other foundational organizational structures. Assist withHR systemupgrades, patches, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance activities. Support change requests related to HR dataand processesby assessing impactstoconfiguration, integrations, and downstream systems. Ensure systems quality and data accuracy via regular audits(weekly, monthlyetc.)of data adhere to all policies for proper process and protocols. Participate in requirements gatheringwith business leaders on process definition, improvement, systems, and performance and best practicesto drive efficiencies. Develop and share custom reports and calculated fields for users, maximizing efficiency by reusing existing reports and training users on modifying reports as needed. Assist users within HR as needed to enable them to effectively/efficiently utilize all HR systems & modules. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production systems issues and maintain the internal HRIS issues log/ticketing system. Support small to medium HRIS initiatives by executing assigned project tasks, supporting testing, documentation, and timelines in partnership with HRIS and HR leaders. Work and partner with stakeholders within HR, IT,Accounting andPayroll to provide creative and efficient solutions to business needs. Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes for HR team members. Determine and manage root‑cause analyses, brainstorm resolution options and communicate the same effectively across various teams including customers. Develop process diagrams, use cases, test plans, and training documentation as needed. Participate inchange initiatives and manage the human side of technology implementationsto include project management of technology changeinitiatives. Responsible for training end‑users on new systems and providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption. Adhere to all state and federal privacy regulations, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, and to CCC policies and agreements regarding confidentiality, privacy, and security. Support compliance with all privacy and security requirements pursuant to community partners’ and outside providers’ patient confidentiality agreements, including privacy and security requirements for EMR access. This includes immediate reporting of any PHI breach of CCC or outside provider health records to the CCC Legal and Quality departments, as well as to the program administrator. Attend all mandatory CCCtrainingsin a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned.
