I’m specifically looking for someone who is interested in a long-term position and who is looking to become a consistent and trusted part of our family’s routine.Consistency and dependability are very important to me, as I’m looking for someone who can provide reliable childcare around my work schedule. I’m also looking for someone who is patient, attentive, nurturing, responsible, and comfortable caring for two children.I’m hoping to find someone who is comfortable following a routine, communicating openly with me, helping maintain a positive and structured environment for the boys, and treating them with patience and respect. I want to make sure I find someone who is genuinely interested in building a long-term working relationship rather than something temporary.
