As a Front Desk Representative, you'll greet and communicate with guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they have an unforgettable stay.Essential Functions:Guest Services: Efficiently check in and check out guests, register them into our system, and verify reservation details.Housekeeping: The role will include performing standard housekeeping responsibilities.Concierge Duties: Answer inquiries about the resort and local area, arrange transportation, handle guest requests, and address any issues.Education & Experience:High school diploma or GED preferred.No prior experience required – we provide training!If you're enthusiastic, friendly, and ready to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
