We’re seeking experienced Commercial Masons who are hardworking, dependable, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Carolina Masonry and Concrete has proudly served Charlotte and surrounding areas for over 20 years, delivering high-quality masonry, stone, and concrete services. Job Description: As a Commercial Mason with Carolina Masonry and Concrete, you will:
- Lay and bind building materials such as brick, block, and stone to construct or repair walls, foundations, partitions, arches, and other structures.
- Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to meet the specifications of each project.
- Mix and apply mortar, grout, and other binding agents to ensure proper bonding between masonry units.
- Shape or cut materials to fit specific measurements , using tools like hammers, chisels, or power tools.
- Inspect work for precision, alignment, and structural quality , ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Work on various projects , including commercial buildings, outdoor hardscapes, and concrete installations.
- Collaborate with a team , including other masons, laborers, and supervisors, to complete projects on time and within scope.

What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs unassisted
- Comfortable working at heights
- Experience in commercial labor
