Social House Holiday is seeking an on-site Seasonal Event Manager for Enchant Christmas at Tropicana Field. You will lead Zone Managers, direct real-time guest flow and staffing, and ensure the event plan is executed each night. This role is strictly during the operating season and avoids pre-season planning. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in live event operations, capable decision-making under pressure, and strong communication to escalate issues promptly to the Event Producer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
