Working knowledge of current hospital concepts in risk management, patient safety, performance improvement, and regulatory requirements. Experience preparing and maintaining records and writing reports. Current, active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wyoming (required). Minimum education of BSN (required); Master’s degree or higher preferred. Training or experience in LEAN, Performance Improvement, Risk Management, or Patient Safety preferred. Certification as a Professional in Health Care Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred; if not certified, must obtain within 1 year of hire.
