About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and results-driven Director of Program Management to lead key business initiatives and enhance program execution. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sector President, driving improvements in people, processes, and tools to ensure strong business performance. This role is pivotal in shaping sector strategy, elevating program excellence, and making a significant impact on critical national security missions. Key responsibilities include leading sector business initiatives, developing a high-performing team, and overseeing program management functional issues. The Director will also be responsible for root cause analysis, corrective actions, and maintaining key program metrics. Applicants must have an active Top Secret Security Clearance and a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of program management or project/system engineering experience, a Graduate degree with 8 years, or 15 years of related experience in lieu of a degree. The role requires a strong background in program management, proposal management, and EVMS, as well as experience in leading and influencing cross-functional teams. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of space and satellite technology, experience in leading work across multiple disciplines, and an understanding of the DoD, Air Force, Space Force, and Intelligence Communities. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
