GAMEDAY MEN'S HEALTH NYC — CLINIC DIRECTOR (NP/PA)

Gameday Men's Health Manhattan is hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant as Clinic Director across our two Manhattan clinics — Flatiron (34 West 22nd Street) and Upper East Side (150 East 58th Street).

We specialize in testosterone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, erectile dysfunction, and weight management. Set in a comfortable and elevated environment — flat screen TVs, leather chairs, good coffee, and great snacks, — we deliver care the way men actually want to receive it. We have an in-clinic lab and do all patient testing on site, so testosterone results come back in about 20 minutes, in the same appointment. Patients are seen by appointment only.

THE ROLE

As Clinic Director, you will partner with our Medical Director to own the day-to-day clinical operations and patient care at both Manhattan clinics. You will be scheduled across both locations — our entire clinical team works both sites, and the two clinics are about 15 minutes apart. Gameday is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance, and that is a large part of why appointments here are unhurried. What you will do: Evaluate bloodwork, consult with new patients, and educate them on treatment options that align with their health goals Evaluate patients for low testosterone and prescribe testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels, in collaboration with our Medical Director and consistent with New York State scope of practice Build and manage peptide therapy protocols, and review patients on a set cadence to adjust, extend, or complete treatment Evaluate patients for erectile dysfunction and build treatment plans, including GAINSWave, the P-Shot, and prescription options such as Trimix Administer intramuscular and PRP injections Lead the RNs, medical assistants, and front desk staff on shift, and set the standard for how the clinic runs Provide continuity of care by developing and implementing clear patient management plans Keep the clinic compliant with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements What we are looking for: Four or more years of experience as an NP or PA Active New York State NP or PA license in good standing, active DEA registration, and an active New York State Controlled Substance license Confidence with in-office procedures. IM injections, PRP, and ED procedures are a daily part of this role, not an occasional one Someone who wants to run a clinic, not just staff one. You are the senior clinical presence on the floor and the team looks to you Preferred, but not required: Experience in a related field such as urology or endocrinology Experience with hormone therapy, peptides, or concierge medicine Experience in cash-pay medicine

SCHEDULE

Part-time to start, 2 to 3 days per week. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM. This role can grow into a full-time role if desired, and as the clinics grow.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
