Warehouse Associate Job Description:

• Prepare and complete customer orders for delivery or pickup according to established schedules
• Load, pack, wrap, label, and ship products accurately and efficiently
• Receive, inspect, unload, label, and store incoming inventory
• Perform inventory control activities and maintain accurate inventory records
• Complete inventory and warehouse documentation as required
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Follow quality standards, company procedures, and safety regulations

Warehouse Associate Job Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and inventory tracking skills preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
