Требования Previous experience as a Business Analyst in an IT delivery environment. Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and an understanding of marketing-related business processes. Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and process mapping. Experience translating business requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria. Ability to document current-state processes, identify pain points and define future-state requirements. Experience managing and maintaining product backlogs, ensuring requirements are clear and actionable. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, working with both technical and non-technical teams. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with Developers, UX, QA and Scrum Masters. Ability to support Scrum ceremonies, delivery coordination, status reporting and project metrics. Experience identifying dependencies, risks and blockers throughout the delivery lifecycle. Ability to collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams and external vendors. Strong documentation, analytical and organizational skills. Flexibility to work with partial overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) when required.
