Real Estate Social Media Manager & Executive AssistantA growing real estate team in Round Rock, TX, is looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Manager & Executive Assistant to take ownership of our online presence and support day-to-day business operations.The primary focus of this role is social media, creating compelling content, managing and scheduling posts across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile, and using those platforms to generate leads and build brand awareness. In addition to content work, you’ll support the team with select administrative and operational tasks.This is an in-office position that requires strong self-management, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently.Compensation:$20 - $30 hourlyResponsibilities:Social Media Management - Primary FocusBuild, manage, and grow our YouTube channel. This is a core function of the roleOptimize every YouTube video for search, titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, thumbnails, and closed captions to drive organic discoverabilityActively manage and optimize our Google Business Profile daily, posts, photos, review responses, Q&A, and keep all business information current and accurateLeverage Google Business Profile as a lead generation tool by maintaining a consistent, strategic posting cadenceCreate, manage, and maintain a monthly content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business ProfileDevelop and produce original, platform-specific content tailored to each channel's audienceRecord, edit, and publish short-form video content, including Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram EditsSchedule and publish content consistently to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generationMonitor comments, messages, and engagement across all platforms and respond in a timely, on-brand mannerTrack analytics across all platforms, with particular attention to YouTube Analytics and Google Business Profile insights, and use that data to improve strategy continuouslyContent Design & Email MarketingDesign monthly print newsletters and direct mail pieces using CanvaEnsure all materials are on-brand, accurate, and visually polishedCoordinate printing timelines and vendor relationships for distributionManage email marketing campaigns and newslettersWrite blog posts and assist with website content updatesExecutive Assistant Support - Secondary FocusAssist with managing real estate listing timelines and marketing schedulesCoordinate client appreciation gifts and team eventsSupport CRM database organization and managementCreate, update, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Manage Trello checklists and update the listing agent as tasks are completedResearch and implement new AI tools and systems to improve business operationsQualifications:YouTube - You have managed a business YouTube channel, understand YouTube SEO inside and out, know how to grow an audience, and can back it up with resultsGoogle Business Profile - You have fully set up, optimized, and actively managed a Google Business Profile for a business, including review management, posting strategy, and local SEOProven experience using both platforms to generate leads and drive visibility for a brand or businessExperience managing Facebook and Instagram for a business with a focus on growth and engagementProven ability to create, schedule, and optimize content that drives real business resultsComfortable on camera and skilled at short-form video creation and editing, Reels, YouTube Shorts, CapCut, or similarStrong graphic and print design skills using CanvaExcellent written communication across captions, blogs, emails, and newslettersTech-savvy with a quick ability to learn new platforms and AI toolsExperience with Trello, Google Workspace, and CRM systems is a plusStrong self-management, able to prioritize and execute without being micromanagedDetail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-drivenPositive, professional, and collaborative team playerReal estate experience is a plus, but not requiredCompensation is based entirely on qualifications and depth of experience.
