Job Title: Low Voltage Switchgear Lead

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Switchgear Lead with a strong background in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility maintenance within a manufacturing or warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to coordinate maintenance activities while ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities and workforce requirements
Troubleshoot facility and equipment issues and determine necessary repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems
Plan repair work using building blueprints and equipment manuals
Provide feedback on team performance and communicate daily plans/issues
Respond to production issues, including situations involving scrap
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Perform other related maintenance duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED required; trade school training preferred
3 5 years of preventive maintenance or related experience
Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools
Strong mechanical/technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Ability to climb ladders, bend, crawl, and walk throughout facility areas
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and follow PPE/safety requirements
