Your Day as a Personal Banker As a new Personal Banker, you will be responsible for conducting financial transactions, providing outstanding customer service, and promoting banking products and services to clients. Your daily tasks will include assisting customers with account inquiries, processing deposits and withdrawals, opening new accounts, resolving any issues or concerns, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
