We are expanding and looking for a driven, entrepreneurial recruiter who wants to build a long-term career in executive search.

Position Overview
This is a full desk recruiting role, meaning you will work with both clients and candidates. You will manage the entire search process, including business development, research, sourcing, interviewing, candidate presentation, and offer negotiation. We provide the training, resources, and support; you provide the work ethic and drive.

What You'll Do
• Develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones
• Source, assess, and interview top talent across the medical device industry in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Sales Leadership
• Manage searches from start to finish with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
• Build deep expertise in market segments, technologies, and hiring trends
• Present highly qualified candidates and manage client expectations
• Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the hiring process
• Negotiate offers and close placements
• Track activity and pipeline using CRM tools

What We're Looking For
• Previous recruiting experience or proven success in sales (B2B, inside sales, staffing, or similar)
• Highly motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-driven environment
• Willingness to put in the time and effort required to be successful
• Passion for medical technology and helping companies hire top talent

Location
• Must be based in East Fort Lauderdale
• In-office role with hands-on training and mentorship
