Role Responsibilities Engage with consumers to understand their goals and motivations Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and improve sales processes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers. Assist in identifying and generating new sales leads to meet business targets. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase company offerings. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities. Prepare sales reports to track performance and forecast future sales trends. Participate in team meetings and contribute valuable insights for team improvement. Assist in training new sales staff on company policies and procedures. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry insights. Attend networking events and trade shows to promote company products. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as set by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field preferred. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail or consulting environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and resilience under pressure. Availability to work on-site and during business hours. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus. Background in consulting services is an advantage.
