The firm handles sophisticated civil litigation matters, with a strong focus on insurance defense, bad-faith and coverage litigation. This firms compensation model involves heavy bonuses of 30 to 80k based on revenue generated. Ideal Candidate Licensed to practice law in Arizona 3+ years of Insurance Defense or Insurance Coverage Experience Background in insurance defense, coverage, or bad faith Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $130,000–$170,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Additional Bonus Potentia l: This position offers the opportunity to earn approximately $30,000–$80,000+ in additional compensation, depending on hours worked, revenue generated and overall production.
