Civil Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Engineer to lead and manage a variety of site and public-infrastructure design and development projects. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from conceptual planning through design, agency approvals, and construction coordination. Perform code analysis and technical research to guide design decisions. Plan, organize, and coordinate project teams and resources. Interface with clients and regulatory agencies to secure design and permit approvals. Provide oversight and mentoring of junior civil staff engaged in professional and technical tasks. Qualifications 15+ years of civil engineering design experience, particularly in large-scale site development and public infrastructure. Proven ability to lead projects through all phases: design development, construction documentation, and contract administration. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D required. Experience with fast-track or advanced technology–driven projects is a plus. Strong communication skills for working with clients, internal staff, and agency personnel. Licensure — or eligibility for licensure — in Washington, Oregon, and/or California required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
