Cencora seeks a Lead - Warehouse professional for a full-time role in Edwardsville, Kansas. The position involves managing inbound and outbound warehouse operations, inventory reconciliation, shipment preparation, and documentation to support accurate product movement and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities for accurate product movement
- Prepare shipments, packaging, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and timelines
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and transaction variances to maintain inventory integrity
- Monitor stock levels and storage conditions to identify replenishment needs and risks
- Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions for visibility
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 3+ years warehouse support, distribution operations, or inventory control experience
- Knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes
- Proficiency with inventory control principles and stock reconciliation
- Ability to investigate and resolve routine and moderately complex operational issues
- Clear communication skills with internal stakeholders on operational matters
- Associate's degree in supply chain, logistics, or operations preferred
Compensation: Up to $23.55 per hour
