Demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of catering, food preparation, and decoration. Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation. Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur. Maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons and others encountered in the course of employment. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to accomplish job. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High School diploma or GED or one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
