Industrial Maintenance Technician
Mon - Fri Charlestown, MA
2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm
3rd Shift: 10pm – 6am

This is NOT a handyman, HVAC or residential mechanic position. Please - Only apply if you meet the minimum requirements.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic production machinery.

• Perform PM's and installations to prevent downtime.

• Work (solo, or with a team) to keep production on schedule; and use maintenance software to document work orders

What You Must Have

• 5+ years of industrial/mechanical maintenance experience

  in production environments

• Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills

• Experience with large conveyors (24"+) and replacing belts

• Knowledge of 480V 3-phase motors

• Own basic tools (socket sets, wrenches, cordless drill, grinder, multimeter)

• Valid driver's license

• Basic Welding knowledge

Pay & Benefits

• $28–$50/hour depending on experience, with plenty of OT available; (most techs average 50 hrs/week)
