Community Liaison - Hospice Sales

Location: Kingwood, TX

Seeking a motivated and compassionate Community Liaison to promote hospice services across the Tomball and Willowbrook areas. This role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals, increasing referrals, and helping patients and families access quality end-of-life care.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Territory: Tomball & Willowbrook

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Promote hospice services through regular outreach and educational visits.
• Generate referrals and support census growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, and discharge planners.
• Educate patients and families about hospice services and assist with the admission process.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience required.
• Hospice or palliative care marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Proven relationship-building and account management skills.
• Clinical experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required.

$65,000 – $80,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and role responsibilities.
