Description Starmark is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Non-CDL Commercial Driver who takes pride in providing exceptional service and being the face of our company on the road. Full Time – Monday through Friday schedule with Insurance Coverage, Vacation Time and Holiday Pay after 60 days White-glove service environment with meaningful customer relationships Independence on the road with support from a strong team Forklift training and certification provided Opportunity to grow and become a key leader within your service center What You'll Do Deliver with Excellence Safely transport Starmark funeral products to funeral homes throughout your territory Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries with professional service Verify orders before loading and upon delivery Collect signatures, payments, and maintain delivery documentation Build Customer Relationships Serve as the primary face of Starmark during deliveries Create positive experiences through professionalism and communication Support customer needs and help resolve issues when they arise Develop long-term relationships built on trust and reliability Support Service Center Operations Assist with loading and unloading trucks Secure shipments using proper equipment and procedures Help prepare next-day orders and specialized packaging Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Safety First Conduct vehicle inspections before and after routes Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards Maintain a clean driving record and commitment to safe driving PM21 Requirements What We Are Looking For Compliant with Department of Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card Ability to travel occasionally to Starmark sites across the United States for vacation covering, start-up assistance and overall site delivery assistance. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Comfortably using GPS routing tools and mobile technology with a reliable smart phone Physical Requirements Lift up to 75 pounds with proper equipment Operate lift gates and pallet jacks for loading and unloading freight with a 26' box truck Sit, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and move constantly throughout the workday Work in warehouse and delivery environments Join the Starmark Team At Starmark, we believe every delivery matters.
