This is a hands-on production role working in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.Training will be provided, and employees will work under direct supervision while learning manufacturing procedures, equipment, and GMP requirements.ResponsibilitiesClean, sanitize, and prepare manufacturing equipment and production areas.Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Records.Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.Complete required GMP production documentation accurately and on time.Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards.Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.Communicate issues or concerns to the supervisor.Complete additional production duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Manufacturing, production, pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar experience is preferred.Ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures.Strong attention to detail.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing production needs.Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to regularly use hands to handle materials and supplies.Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.Comfortable using computers as part of daily production activities.Ability to safely perform required manufacturing tasks and follow all site safety procedures.Great opportunity for candidates with production, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, food production, or other regulated manufacturing experience
