Kitchen Manager
Broadway Brewery is looking for a kitchen manager to join our team. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of kitchen management experience and would be responsible for directly managing the staff and operations of the kitchen. The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Kitchen Manager
- Manage labor and staff kitchen
- Train new staff
- Expedite food to servers
- Maintain inventory
- Forecast and prep for upcoming events/volume
- Menu development
- Create daily specials

Opened in 2009 Broadway operates under the ethos of fermentation and cultivation by producing world-class beers and engaging with local farmers and the community.
