Kitchen Manager
Broadway Brewery is looking for a kitchen manager to join our team. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of kitchen management experience and would be responsible for directly managing the staff and operations of the kitchen. The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Kitchen Manager
- Manage labor and staff kitchen
- Train new staff
- Expedite food to servers
- Maintain inventory
- Forecast and prep for upcoming events/volume
- Menu development
- Create daily specials
Founded in 2009, the Broadway Brewery maintains a vision of cultivation. Our farmers cultivate the land; we cultivate the community.
