Now Hiring: Treasurer We’re looking for a Treasurer , you will be responsible for the overall administration of budgeting/forecasting, Asset Liability Management (ALM), running CECL models, cash flow and liquidity management, and investing recommendations for the Bank. You will also provide crucial assistance in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. What You’ll Contribute as the Treasurer Budgeting & Forecasting Direct and organize the preparation of the annual operating budget. Convert current overall budget into detailed departmental budgets for future planning. Maintain budget information in the accounting system. Review budget variances to ensure accurate, timely and updated reporting to management. Support sound financial forecasting. Strategic Liquidity Management Support strategic planning by reviewing and analyzing “what if” scenarios and preparation of various cost analyses and projections. Continuously review the Bank’s cash management position to ensure adequate liquidity and cash optimization efforts. Asset Liability Management Proactively manage the Bank’s asset liability and capital stress. Test modeling initiatives including interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and balance sheet optimization. Prioritize accuracy and integrity of data incorporated into ALM and capital stress testing activities. Oversee updates to model assumptions to support a comprehensive internal control environment. Reporting & Recommendations Present trends, opportunities, and issues to committees and senior management, making recommendations for action as appropriate. Support overall soundness of the financial department by reviewing and assisting in the development of finance policies and procedures. Support the Chief Financial Officer in potential growth opportunities as needed and directed. What You’ll Leverage in this Role: Experience & Education 5+ years of progressive experience supporting the finance department of a growing Bank in accounting or financial analysis. Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent education.
