Patient Care Technician Unit Secretary - Special Care Nursery - Evenings

Hourly Pay Range: $18.84 - $27.32 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Patient Care Technician Unit Secretary Location: Elmhurst, IL Part Time - 24 hours Hours: Evenings 3 pm - 11 pm including rotating weekends & rotating holidays Required Travel: Yes, floating within Family Birthing Center this includes Mother/Baby or Labor & Delivery to float as a Patient Care Technician Unit Secretary. What you will do: Under supervision of a Registered Nurse and according to established procedures, performs patient care tasks and patient care procedures necessary to provide for care, comfort and safety of patient. The Patient Care Tech/Unit Secretary position in the Special Care Nursery also performs tasks related to receiving, preparing and delivering infant feedings under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Registered Dietitian and according to established procedures.
