Your Responsibilities Lead the design and development of AI‑powered applications and intelligent automation systems . Architect and implement solutions leveraging LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP, and agentic AI workflows . Build scalable backend services and AI infrastructure using Python and Go . Develop and optimize AI pipelines, orchestration layers, and model evaluation frameworks. Deploy and manage AI systems within AWS cloud environments . Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to translate business needs into AI‑driven solutions. Mentor and support junior AI and software engineers , providing technical leadership, guidance, and code reviews. Drive AI best practices across experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization. Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to integrate them into the platform. Requirements Proven experience in a Lead AI Engineer, Senior AI Engineer, or Machine Learning Engineering role . Strong proficiency in Python and Go . Hands‑on experience building systems with LLMs, RAG pipelines, NLP, and AI agentic workflows . Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and deploying AI systems into production. Experience designing scalable AI architectures and backend systems. Previous experience managing or mentoring junior engineers . Strong understanding of machine learning systems, APIs, distributed systems, and software engineering best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment with evolving priorities. Excellent communication and leadership skills. It’s a Bonus If You Have Experience working within fintech, SaaS, or startup environments . Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks. Experience building AI‑powered automation tools or internal AI platforms. Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
