Find your next opportunity today!**Description of Work**The Dental Supervisor oversees the Dental Department and ensures the delivery of comprehensive dental care for residents of Caswell Developmental Center and other DSOHF facilities. The role includes providing direct clinical treatment, dental health education, and active participation in interdisciplinary processes. This position supervises and trains dental staff while promoting workplace safety, universal precautions, and completing administrative duties. It also ensures compliance with professional standards, federal and state laws, and ICF/IID regulations. The supervisor must have thorough knowledge of modern dentistry, strong supervisory and interpersonal skills, and the ability to train students and maintain effective working relationships with patients, staff, and professional groups.**Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences****Salary Grade Range: $123,843 - $247,687 Annually**This Position Is Exempt And Is EXEMPT From Certain Provisions Of The**Work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM, M - F (will consider part to full time)***Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.**The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required.
