Delaney Oyster House is seeking passionate and skilled Line Cooks to join our team!

About Us:
Delaney Oyster House is an acclaimed seafood restaurant and raw bar located in the heart of downtown Charleston. As part of The Neighborhood Dining Group —which includes renowned establishments such as Husk, Marbled & Fin, The James, and Minero —Delaney Oyster House celebrates the flavors and traditions of the Lowcountry. Our menu highlights the freshest, most sustainable seafood sourced from local coastal and inland waterways, served in a welcoming, casual-chic setting.

Responsibilities:

Execute dishes with precision, speed, and attention to detail
Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station throughout service
Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience
Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
Take pride in your work and bring professionalism to every shift

What You'll Bring:

1+ year of experience in a high-volume, high-quality kitchen
Focused, dependable, and driven to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a team-first mindset
