Supervisor Engineering, Optimus Technicians (Afternoon Shift)

What to Expect Engineering Supervisor, Optimus Technicians leads a large team of 20+ Engineering Technicians within the Humanoid AI Robot team who support and sustain the research and development of our prototype robots and sub-systems. You'll be leading the team that is building/repairing the first iterations of the machines that make the machines, including highly actuated and electronically/computationally dense robots. You will have a blend of leading large teams operating in a 24/7 capacity, creating clear efficient shift schedules, and hands-on building experience and responsibilities around analysis, testing, and documentation. Projects are open ended and often with limited upfront guidance. The successful candidate for this position must have a broad background leading teams in Mechatronics, Industrial, and/or Automotive, Precision Medical Device, Maintenance, and Testing. Must be a self-starter and efficiently work independently as well as in team environments.
