Healing Hands Home Therapy is a therapist-owned home health company based in Los Angeles looking for skilled and compassionate Physical Therapists. Join a team that values clinical excellence, flexibility, and patient-centered care while helping individuals improve mobility and achieve their highest level of function in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluation
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Address strength, balance, gait, endurance, and mobility deficits
Educate patients and caregivers on safety, fall prevention, and exercise programs
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active California PT license
Current CPR certification
Valid California driver's license
Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
Current physical exam and TB test
Professional liability insurance
Business license
