About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Integration Management Office (IMO). The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's enterprise integration capability, particularly during a phase of significant growth, transformation, and active M&A. This role is pivotal in translating deal rationale, diligence findings, and approved integration objectives into actionable plans that ensure the seamless transition of acquired businesses. The Managing Director will be responsible for all aspects of integration, from strategy and planning to execution, and will serve as the central executive for post-close activities, Day 1 readiness, and integration risk management. A key aspect of the role is to work in close partnership with the Value Creation Office leader to embed value creation opportunities into integration plans and manage critical handoffs throughout the integration lifecycle. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in complex post-merger integrations or enterprise-scale program management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading multiple concurrent integrations across various functions, geographies, and operating models, with a strong preference for those with experience in professional or financial services. The role requires a seasoned integration operator with the ability to challenge and resolve issues, maintain discipline, and ensure alignment with integration outcomes. Professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead through influence are essential. The Managing Director will also be responsible for change management, stakeholder engagement, and institutionalizing repeatable integration processes.
