Production Supervisor Details:

• Direct hire position
• $68,640.00 to $87,000.00 / annually
• First shift (Monday through Friday from 07:45am to 04:15pm)

Job Details:

• Supervise and lead production employees to ensure a safe, productive, and efficient work environment
• Monitor daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals
• Train, coach, and develop team members on safety procedures, quality standards, and job responsibilities
• Troubleshoot process and mechanical issues and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
• Manage staffing and production resources to ensure shift objectives are achieved
• Complete production reports and maintain accurate shift documentation
• Coordinate and expedite product changeovers to maximize operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards

Production Supervisor Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing employee performance, training, and development
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
• Mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production goals, and quality standards
• Ability to make decisions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Plastic extrusion manufacturing experience preferred
