Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Qualifications

• Must have an active California Physical Therapist license
• Current BLS certification preferred
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
• Skill in patient assessment and treatment planning
• Proficiency in electronic medical records documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
