• Average Call Back: Approximately 3 Hours

• Adult Patients: Approximately 20%
• Geriatric Patients: Approximately 80%

• Provide Daily Vascular Surgery Coverage
• Provide Weeknight and Weekend Call Coverage
• Evaluate and Manage Adult and Geriatric Vascular Surgery Patients
• Provide Standard Bread-and-Butter Vascular Surgery Care

• Coverage Across 2 Hospital Locations
• No Trauma Center Designation
• Epic EMR
• No Teaching or Leadership Responsibilities

• Board Certified in Vascular Surgery - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Vascular Surgery - Required
• Active Virginia Medical License - Required
• Vascular Surgery Fellowship - Required
• Active DEA Registration - Required
• Local Provider Required

• Must Disclose Whether Provider Has Previously Worked Within the Health System
• If Previously Worked Within the Health System, Include Facility, Last Date Worked, and Agency
• Physician and Manager Interview Required Before Final Selection

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 3-6 Months
• Temporary Privileges Not Available
• Provider Must Complete Credentialing at Both Hospital Locations
