We're looking for a dedicated Front Office Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients. What You’ll DoAs a Bilingual Medical Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and our patients receive the best care possible. Your responsibilities will include:
- Verifying patient insurance information with accuracy and efficiency.
- Inputting data into our system with attention to detail.
- Delivering excellent customer service to patients and team members alike.
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
We’re seeking candidates who bring the following skills and qualifications to the table:
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a medical assistant role or a related field.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluency in a second language is preferred to better assist our diverse patient base.
- Customer Service Excellence: A friendly, professional demeanor and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
- Multitasking Ability: Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in verifying insurance and data entry is a must.
