Job Summary

Seeking a dependable and compassionate CNA to provide individualized care to residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). The ideal candidate must be a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff, residents, families, and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and provide reports on residents' conditions and care needs.

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition, illness, falls, or injuries to nursing staff.

• Document observations and assessments according to facility policies.

• Assist with direct resident care and respond promptly to call lights.

• Maintain positive working relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and healthcare professionals.

• Float to other units as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Active California CNA license - mandatory.

• Current BLS certification.

• Previous CNA experience preferred; less than one year of experience may be considered.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-care skills.

• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
