Lone Star City Towing is looking for dependable, motivated, and professional Tow Truck Drivers to join our growing team. Whether you have previous towing experience or are looking to start a new career, we are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellent customer service.

As a Tow Truck Driver, you will provide towing, recovery, roadside assistance, and vehicle transport services while representing our company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to dispatch assignments.
• Safely tow and transport vehicles.
• Provide roadside assistance, including jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, and fuel deliveries.
• Perform vehicle recoveries when necessary.
• Complete required paperwork and electronic dispatch updates accurately.
• Conduct daily inspections of assigned tow truck and equipment.
• Keep trucks clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Maintain communication with dispatch throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
• Previous towing or roadside assistance experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude.
