Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact to a company that is working to solve some of the most complex challenges in the cybersecurity industry, driving innovation in a field that truly matters.The everyday hustle:Develop and execute creative designs for a variety of mediums, with a strong focus on digital assets (social media, websites, email campaigns, etc.)Develop brand assets to continue to strengthen and bring consistency to the ReliaQuest brand.Design motion concepts, storyboards, and animatics that support user flows and brand messagingWork closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.Brainstorm and develop unique, on-brand design concepts for campaigns, projects, and events.Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.Do you have what it takes?Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency and/or in-house)Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, and real-world execution across channelsExperience owning projects end-to-end (concept ? design ? production ? delivery)Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma.Expert-level layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchyProven ability to develop/extend brand identities and create cohesive visual systemsStrong conceptual thinking: can generate multiple directions and justify design decisionsExperience with After Effects and export workflows for web including Lottie animationsWhat makes you uncommon?Experience leading other designers and giving constructive feedbackStrong communication skills with stakeholders (marketing, product, sales, leadership)Comfortable presenting work, handling critique, and iterating quicklyAbility to manage timelines, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign workflowsStrong attention to detail and consistency at scaleUnderstanding of marketing channels (social, email, web, ads, events) and designing for eachExperience animating for product onboarding, interactive storytelling, or data visualizationBasic sound design or video editing (Premiere, Audition, etc.)
