This isn't just a job, it's a chance to drive infrastructure forward, power innovation and leave your mark on our energy future.In the role of Transmission Line Project Manager, we'll count on you to:Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development and initiation to close-out)Be responsible for all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projectsProduce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrentlyEstablish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetingsConduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholdersCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on scheduleTrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and scheduleWork with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviewsImplement QA/QC proceduresPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications:Master's degreeExperience and client relationships in Texas considered a strong advantageTransmission line design experience using PLS-CADD, steel, and wood transmission structure analysis/design, foundation design, material procurement, specifications, and construction supportTrack record of working cooperatively with diverse teams; regional, department, and technical managers; and project staffExperience with transmission line, distribution line, and associated strategic services aspects (i.e., routing, permitting, public involvement, right of way acquisition) of projects with strong technical experience in designExperience using project management tools such as MS Project or SmartSheetMS Access experienceRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering7 years related experienceA minimum 2 years project management experienceRequires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered.
