Physician Assistant, Urogynecology (Per Diem)

The Per Diem Uro Gyn OR Physician Assistant assists, monitors, and manages the day-to-day needs of patients as requested by, in conjunction with, and under the supervision of a physician. Performs the duties and responsibilities of a Physician Assistant according to customary and generally accepted medical standards. 2 years experience surgically trained in robotic surgery and preferred experience in Urogynecology/OBGYN. Coverage for JFK (Primary), Riverview, Old Bridge and Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Education: Successful completion of a Physician Assistant program accredited by the AMA Council on Medical Education. Licensure & Certifications: Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant License. Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Skills & Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with computer platforms, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
