This 125-unit complex is located in an established & sought after Wolfe Park neighborhood in St. Louis Park, MN surrounded by beautiful landscaping and mature trees, Bass Lake Nature Preserve (connecting toHennepin County Three Rivers trail system) orBde Maka Ska just minutes from your front door! Shift: Part-Time including Wednesday and Friday evening and Saturday days. Leaving Consultantsdrive occupancy in their community, by marketing and seeking new residents as well as leading current resident retention. Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Address the concerns of current and prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner Market and advertise the community. Utilizea wide variety of media and promotional materials Present the community and its amenities positively to prospects, assisting them toenvision the community as their future home while ascertaining their needs and qualifications Tour and lease units as necessary by accompanying prospects to model or available units and discuss size and layout of rooms, available facilities (swimming pool, workout room, etc.), location of area amenities, services available, and terms of lease Enterprospect and applicant information into property management software Negotiate leaseterms and conditions, and close deals Assist residents and applicants with theirapplication or lease renewalpaperwork, and confirmrental application data and personal references Ensure timely follow-upwith all residents and prospects(thank you note, phone call,etc.) Track, schedule and communicate move-ins and move-outs Maintainup to dateresident files on every unit Remainknowledgeable of the property market statusand assist inthe preparation of market surveys Prepare and distributenotices, newsletters or important event information Assist PropertyManager as neededby providingadministrative andrequested assistance Referapplicantsto other communities managed by The Goodman Group,as appropriate Interactpositively with residents to maintain high levels of resident satisfaction Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity as a representative of the community Contribute to cleanliness and curb appeal of thecommunity Complywith all industry Fair Housing rulesand regulations Operatewithin OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times Other duties as assigned by Property Manager RequiredSkills and Qualifications Capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations Ability to understand and communicate written and verbal directions Regular attendance, reliability and punctuality is necessary to meet the needs of applicants, new and current residents, guests and outside vendors during regularly scheduled hours Ability to work nights and weekends, upon request Must be able to work overtimeas needed Requiredto work on an on-call basis Must be available on the last and first day of the month for turns Well organized with excellent attention to detail Aptitude to work independently with excellent time management skills Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Minimum of one year of sales or related experience is required This company is an Equal Opportunity / Affiantative Action Employer.
