Industry Gambling & Casinos Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product to be the senior product leader, responsible for guiding the strategy, roadmap, and execution of all digital gaming products. This hands-on leadership role is pivotal in a growing environment, where the successful candidate will set the direction, introduce structure, and work closely with the leadership team to shape the evolution of products. Key responsibilities include defining the product vision, aligning it with business goals, and overseeing the full product lifecycle. The VP of Product will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and clear communication, and will advocate for product needs within operational and budget planning. Candidates for the Vice President of Product position at the company should have a strong background in leading product teams within the gaming industry, with a focus on iGaming, mobile gaming, casino gaming, or social gaming. Experience in scaling product processes in a developing or growth environment is essential, as is a deep understanding of player behavior, gaming trends, and core product mechanics. The role requires a leader with strong communication skills, the ability to influence cross-functional groups, and a proven track record in setting product strategy and leading teams through complex initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA being helpful but not mandatory, and at least 7 years of product management experience with leadership responsibility.
