Mulberry Creek Nursing & Rehab in Martinsville is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. Whether you're a seasoned clinician or a new grad ready to grow, we offer a supportive environment built around mentorship, learning, and quality patient care.

Schedule: Part-Time, Weekdays; Weekends, 8 hour shifts

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy services
• Help residents regain mobility, function, and independence
• Collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary care team
• Participate in discharge planning and continuity-of-care processes

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience
• Licensed PT or new graduate approaching licensure
• Team-oriented, compassionate, and committed to high-quality care
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
